I am Professor in the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT University. I was formerly the Director of the University of Melbourne iSchool, and the Centre for HCI Design, City University. I'm principally interested in information interaction - how to make computer-delivered information more accessible to users. My goal is to create technologies that connect the computer, human and the environment as seamlessly as possible.
